How about, Piccadilly ?... She sez "I'm not hungry, I'll just get a ...... Then when you get to the booth a hand comes across your plate and shazam, food is gone.. The remark "We always share"...
Which means ... " I get your stuff when I want to".
or
I've eaten all I want..."here, you eat it".
That's what All, Most, Many Narcissist do. Strange how consistent they are over countries, states, time.
